Job Description / Responsibility
Chairman’s Secretary – Officer to SPO
Job Location: Corporate Head Office
Manage multiple projects assigned by the Chairman related to diverse line of business, community and personal interest.
Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staffs, business partners and customers.
Work closely with other team members to ensure the Chairman’s preparation for meetings, Presentations or other engagements. Administrative and functional activities includes but not limited to:
Attending phone calls
Maintaining personal and business files
Supporting marketing and strategic planning activities
Filing, storage and maintaining different MIS
Handle financial, accounting and any other matters for the chairman with utmost confidentiality.
Maintain business and private correspondence and coordinates the smooth operations of Chairman’s office.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
MBA/ Masters/ BBA from any reputed university.
Candidates having 3rd class or equivalent CGPA in any level of academic career are not eligible to apply.
Division/Class/CGPA must be clearly mentioned in the resume.

Minimum 2 to 6 year(s) in Banks or financial institutions.
Excellent communications (Oral & written) in English and Bengali and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency MS office & good presentation skill.
